PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

ZM-R9100 is a large-scale multifunctional precision intelligent rework station suitable for fully automatic rework of various surface mounting devices on PCB boards. It adopts high-precision visual cameras and independent temperature control technology, and automatically aligns through the equipment vision system to achieve rework actions such as disassembly, tin removal, dipping solder paste, mounting, and soldering. It supports continuous and fast working mode after fixing fixtures; The equipment can be integrated with MES software (optional) to achieve functions such as temperature curve analysis with S/N as the traceability condition.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Non-contact single-point desoldering

With the combined assistance of precision weighing sensors and barometric altimeters, non-contact desoldering is achieved, thereby reducing the risk of BGA damage and scrapping and pad scratching during the desoldering process; and it supports the rapid generation of desoldering paths without Gerber file splicing.
High-resolution CCD vision system

Equipped with a 5-megapixel upper camera and a 12-megapixel lower camera, and employing independently developed control software and algorithms, it boasts high alignment accuracy and automation. For rework of the same PCB at the same location, only the first alignment is required, and subsequent rework can be completed with a single click.
Four independent preheating platforms

It is equipped with four independent preheating and heating platforms: upper desoldering, upper desoldering, lower and moving temperature zones. Each preheating platform is equipped with a heating and temperature control system. All heating and preheating platforms and desoldering heads adopt closed-loop temperature control, ensuring stable and accurate overall temperature control.
Safety Protection

Strict standards are set for product yield and operator safety; the equipment is equipped with a two-stage light grating, each heating module has individual secondary protection, the pressure module is equipped with a weighing sensor, and doors and windows are equipped with limit switches. Alarms are triggered for overheating, personnel entering the work area, or exceeding the limits.
