Empowering PCB Precision Rework! Seamark ZM-R9100 Achieves Precise and Efficient Automation
2025-10-13

In the field of electronics manufacturing, the rework of precision chip components such as BGA and CSP has always been a difficult and high-risk process. Traditional rework operations can easily lead to pad damage, component scrapping, insufficient alignment accuracy, and unstable temperature control, which not only affects the yield rate but also poses a safety hazard.

To address these pain points, Seamark ZM-R9100 large-scale multifunctional precision intelligent rework station came into being. With its highly integrated and intelligent design, it redefines the new standard for precision rework.

Five-in-one Function, One-stop Rework

The Seamark ZM-R9100 integrates five key functions: disassembly, desoldering, solder paste dipping, placement, and soldering, truly automating the entire process. The device supports continuous, rapid operation with fixed fixtures, significantly improving rework efficiency and making it particularly suitable for batch rework and high-mix production scenarios.

Non-contact Tin Removal

The system utilizes precision load cells and an air pressure height measurement system to achieve high-precision, non-contact desoldering, significantly reducing BGA damage and pad scratches. Even without Gerber files, intelligent desoldering paths can be quickly generated, flexibly adapting to diverse board configurations.

High-precision Visual Alignment

Equipped with a 5-megapixel upper camera and a 12-megapixel lower camera, coupled with proprietary algorithms, the system ensures both precision and stability. After initial alignment, rework in the same location can be performed with a single click, significantly simplifying the process.

Four Temperature Zones With Independent Temperature Control

The equipment is equipped with four independent heating systems: upper desoldering, upper detinning, lower preheating and mobile temperature zone. All of them adopt closed-loop temperature control technology. The overall temperature control is stable and reliable, effectively avoiding poor welding or substrate damage caused by temperature fluctuations.

Multiple Security Protections

Equipped with multiple safety mechanisms such as secondary grating, weighing sensor, limit switch, etc., it monitors the equipment status and personnel operating environment in real time, effectively reduces abnormal situations such as over-temperature and over-limit, and ensures that the rework process is safe and controllable.

Seamark ZM-R9100 is not only a rework device, but also a precision process solution for intelligent manufacturing. It reshapes the rework standard with intelligent integration and provides dual guarantees of precision and efficiency for high-end electronic manufacturing.
